Error in chat-app example? wxflows deploy fails with missing wxflows.toml

I'm trying to complete the wxflows chat-app example, and the step wx-flows deploy fails with the following error:

Output received

$ wxflows deploy

Error: wxflows.toml file not found

wxflows cli info

$ wxflows version
wxflows

Seems caused by this PR 90365e2
