Bug: idr0003 download urls need resolving

As reported by @pwalczysko idr0003 images don't have valid download links

Need to resolve paths to e.g.
https://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/IDR/idr0003-breker-plasticity/201301120/Images/DTT/p10/

@will-moore one more occurence of the same prob is idr0037, namely on http://localhost:8080/webclient/img_detail/4997278/

NB: some images from idr0037 work just fine, the ^^^ is an example of the one which does not have the clickable links
