Split tier-rewards

Provide the ability to store different tier-rewards server side:

• common
• uncommon
• legendary rare
• epic
• direct sp

we'll need those especially for the older raids soon if at all possible, @Warric and @Theodotosp . Without them the 2/9 don't work for example and displaying that data is intended in IDotD/Userscript#277

just noticed I messed up a loot-type, rare will now also work as expected.
