Workflow to import IFB tools in catalogue from biotools #300
Description
Proposition of a workflow to import a tool in the IFB catalogue from Bio.tools and associate it with a team/platform.
- Define a {collection_tag} that IFB platforme members have to use to identify the tool as part of the IFB/elixir-fr
- The tools identified by this {collection_tag} are imported in the IFB catalogue
- The catalogue check if the persons listed in "credit and support" field are found in the catalogue users
- If users are found: Email them to suggest to associate the tool with their team (also inform each users of which other users have been emailed ?)
