change "covid19" text field

We suppose this field isn't used. We just want to rename it to "expertise" and limit it to 400 car.

Renaming a field implies that the content should follow, If there is almost no content, and the field will have different usage I would rather say we delete covid field, and add a field expertise_description limited to 400car
