Snowstorm failing to load MRCM entries for additional relationships targeting concrete domain values

With the recent introduction of additional relationships, several extensions are utilizing them to distribute useful, non-necessarily defining relationships. The additional relationships targeting concept SCTIDs are imported correctly, work well with ECL not distinguishing them from defining ones, and their domain and ranges are represented in the MRCM. However, the import fails if the MRCM contains a concrete value additional relationship configuration.

For example, in the Canadian extension, rows corresponding to the additional attributes (62171000087105 |Has product monograph URL (attribute)| and 62141000087102 |Has last batch on market product expiration date (attribute)| ) with concrete values ​​could not be added to the MRCMAttributeDomain and MRCMAttributeRange files, because the import into Snowstorm would fail. We removed those relationships from the release.

Hope this minor issue can be resolved for future releases.
