Licenses of fixtures

Is there any information available regarding the licenses of fixtures, especially audio and video files, like [the recording used in recipe 0002](https://fixtures.iiif.io/info.html?file=/audio/indiana/mahler-symphony-3/CD1/medium/128Kbps.mp4)?

We would like to bundle this and other files from the [IIIF Fixture Repository](https://fixtures.iiif.io/) for local testing if permitted.
