Update Cookbook website text for Mirador 4 #646
Description
Once we've validated recipes for Mirador 4, we need to make sure text (such as on the Viewer Matrix page) refers either to "Mirador 4" or drops the version number.
(Out of scope for this issue, but I note that we don't have version specifications for viewers other than Mirador and UV. Should we?)
