Update CODE_OF_CONDUCT temporarily (#3351)
* Delete CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md This Code of Conduct is not approved by IMAP Project or the NASA customer and is a legal liability to show publicly without those approvals. * Revert "Delete CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md" so that we can edit it rather than deleting it entirely. This reverts commit 646697c. * Reverted CODE OF CONDUCT file and then edited it to only contain an "in work" statement. --------- Co-authored-by: David Gathright <david.gathright@lasp.colorado.edu>
