Implement production of IMAP-Lo 6mo maps

Turn on the processing job for ILO code to produce the products in rows 11-14 of this sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1a1ph_ydsHHWsluCysHh8uh0u9bVGgE193OG1KRrbniE/edit?gid=457596382#gid=457596382

I think the tasks are:

1. update dependency yaml file with dependencies
2. manually trigger the ILO processing job
3. monitor the completion of the ILO processing job

Please consider that we should first apply masking to L2 products so that combining different pivot angles make sense.
