feat: Ability to broadcast message only to users in a permissions group #1
Description
What
I would like to be able to broadcast a message to users in a permissions group
Why
My need to do this is to send donation reminders to my community members so they can help cover infrastructure/development costs
How
Maybe a command like the following would be appropiate
/broadcast simplebroadcast:group default actionbar 'Hello World'
I will try to make this work and if I get something going on I'll make a PR
