[Feat] Implement pagination for message display

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When retrieving messages from a channel with a high volume of messages, the entire history is fetched at once, cluttering the display. This becomes especially problematic as the number of messages grows over time.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement pagination for message display to improve aesthetic. Add commands with which the user can scroll to the next or previous page. Note that this issue isn't tackling pagination in database retrieval, but instead paginates the display of messages to the user.
