Upgrade to 1.16.101.01 not working

I have gone through the upgrade procedure ./minecraft_launcher.sh --upgrade but the server is still at the same version 1.16.40

Hey Sorry. I had fixed it and rewrote all the upgrade code in the script and then my dev box died. I'll fix it again and get it committed.
