feat: Impact analysis with measures grouping (#2)

* Add coefficient 'times_implemented' to distinguish groups of measures

* Added 'times_implemented' value to demo data

* Fixed 'times_implemented'attribute to Optional, and int vals on json

* Added missing times_implemented in demo data

* Updated analysis run to read 'times_implemented' attribute
