Potential indexing issue: Updated dataset metadata should be reflected immediately #415

This could be a performance issue?
I updated the following dataset draft to remove the incomplete metadata tag and published it. When I do a fresh search for the dataset on production, it still shows the draft and incomplete metadata tags. This took several refreshes to resolve.
