Added 'includeInherited' to query parameters of /api/guestbooks/{ID}/list?includeInherited=true to return the Collection's Guestbooks as well as the Guestbooks of the Collections' hierarchical owners Also removed the 'EditDataverse' permission requirement to get the list.
