Overview of the Feature Request
Add Schema.org and DCAT information in JSON-LD format to the repository homepage to improve the visibility and trustworthiness. This could include:
- Repository name, description, publisher, URL.
- Applicable certifications (CoreTrustSeal).
- Key policies (Deposit, Access, Preservation).
- Supported persistent identifier systems.
What kind of user is the feature intended for?
Funders, repository administrators.
What inspired the request?
This idea comes from the "Recommendations for trustworthy and FAIR-enabling data repositories" workshop created by FAIR-IMPACT. One of the goals was to implement the RDA Common Descriptive Attributes of Research Data Repositories to indicate in a machine-readable way repository characteristics.
