This license governs the public code repository, frontend presentation layers, and accessible working code snippets of the IRIS Neural OS project. The hidden core voice engine, advanced execution tools, and closed-source backend architectures are protected properties and are entirely excluded from this agreement.

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to deal in the Software, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, or distribute copies of the Software, subject to the following strict conditions:
