You may truthfully say that an unmodified, noncommercial installation is “powered by Nova” and link to https://novaproxy.online.
Without prior written permission, you may not:
- sell or market a product or service under the Nova or Nova Proxy names;
- use Nova branding in a modified build, reseller panel, paid subscription, or hosted service;
- remove or replace required Nova attribution in order to imply that Nova is your product;
- register confusingly similar domains, accounts, application names, or logos; or
- imply sponsorship, approval, partnership, or endorsement by Nova.
Forks and modified builds must use a clearly different name and visual identity and must still comply with the applicable software license. Contact the project through https://novaproxy.online for commercial or brand permission.
