Presumed Closed Facility - TGN

To the best of my knowledge, TGN | TOKYO LABORATORY closed two years ago and is no longer involved in DCP creation.
I suggest contacting the facility (if the email address is still active) to confirm the current status of this facility code.
I suppose it should be flagged as deprecated and/or transferred to other facility.

@ygonno do we know who/what facility is in control of CPLs that were previously managed by TGN? We only really use "deprecated" if there is a replacement facility (and it's requested directly by the facility replacing). Otherwise it just stays as-is for historical purposes, and we'd never remove it regardless of the current status as such.

TGN has been one of the major facilities in Japan for many years. Everyone in the industry knows that the facility has closed and part of its business has been taken over by someone else. But I don't know how those CPLs are managed now.

I was not aware of that rule. In that case, you may want to see that the following codes are marked as “obsolete” even though “obsoletedBy” is not set.
| CPC, LP, MJR, PNY, YMF

I never said that the codes should be removed from the list. Once registered, never remove.
