Filters in "My Workflows" should depend on workflows available for user

Currently filters in the left menu on "My Workflows" page contain all workflow types registered with Alfresco. They should be filtered based on workflow types allowed for current user.

P.S. Maybe it can be solved by overriding this page with a new one.
