How to fix the issue of missing app icons on the Casaos home screen.

From what I've seen online there's a bug in the docker.

I currently have issue downgrading the docker, it is definitely user error for me I'm using Ubuntu and can't seem to downgrade it even though there are instructions.

My Pi-hole has to be bypassed until I can get the docker working again. I'd rather not have to reinstall CasaOS again, as I run a number of apps through Casa that I'd rather not have to save and import again.

When i updated my server, after a month of sitting, i got the same problem when the sys update finished without a reset. and after i logged out of casa of my browser crashed.
