Using podman container on demand

Change doker with podman and follow this configuration : "https://github.com/containers/podman/blob/main/docs/tutorials/socket_activation.md"

The idea it's simple, some group of apps are executed when someone already needed, the rest of the time are off, other group of apps can be configured for stay running.

In a home environment, have to much benefits that some apps startup on demand, mainly about resources of the mini pc's.
