Remove cocoapod dependency and move to pure RubyMotion implementation

I started doing this, but forgot how TEDIOUS converting all this stuff over to RM is. 👎 It's a single file and pretty big.

Just to put a note in on progress, the current file I've added in my fork removing-cocoapod is just a first-pass translation of the cocoapod's objective-c into what I hope is RubyMotion equivalency. I haven't ran or tested any of it yet, I just did a bunch of grunt work on it.

It's also not very idiomatic Ruby code, it looks and reads very much like an Obj-C port.
