New Component - Cards

Ok, this is a tough one. Cards are one of the best new features Bootstrap 4 comes with -

Problem is, they're not too easy to build. lots of classes, many different layouts. Is it possible to wrap this complexity into an easy-to-use component?

Not even sure what the final outcome should look like, any ideas will be highly appreciated.
