image_browsers: Update IMAGE_FSTYPES configuration

- Replaced `IMAGE_FSTYPES:append` with a direct assignment to
  `IMAGE_FSTYPES` to include "wic.bmap wic.gz tar.gz".
- Ensures consistency and explicit definition of image formats for the
  build process.
