[Color Editor] Not enough space when color editor is open

1. Go to this sample: https://staging.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-angular/angular/components/inputs/color-editor
2. Open the color editor to choose a color
3. Observe how it is partially hidden at the bottom

Expected result: Color editor should be 100% visible
Actual result: Color editor is partially hidden at the bottom
