⚠️ Known P0 issue identified: homepage SAG search was using a polluted lesson source from the Worker API (192 entries with CONTEXT COMPACTION artifacts instead of clean199 lessons).

Hotfix deployed: homepage now reads from static /data/lessons.json (clean,199 entries).

Please hold broad UX reports until the data-source hotfix is live (GitHub Pages rebuild takes ~5 min). After that, the search results will be clean.

You can still submit reports, but note in your report that the data source was just fixed.

✅ P0 data-source hotfix has landed.

Homepage SAG search now uses the clean static index at /data/lessons.json (199 lessons), with:

• Garbage filtering (CONTEXT COMPACTION, mojibake, etc.)
• Weighted ranking (title +0.3, tag +0.15, domain +0.1)
• No-result fallback with suggestions + submit lesson link

Verification: 8/10 queries pass (2 Chinese queries fail due to tokenization — known limitation).

Please resume blind testing with the 10-query matrix in the issue body.
