Added Google Scholar badge

Placed it under Education, since that was the best fit. Could move to a new category called Academia and perhaps move other badges (e.g., ResearchGate) there. Could imagine many academic-themed badges - for example ORCID (https://orcid.org/), Academia (https://www.academia.edu/), NSF (https://www.academia.edu/), NIH (https://www.nih.gov/), etc. I'll contribute this one for now and will maybe have a chance to add some others later.
