Support for 2 byte alphabets #1

Awesome library, it is becoming extremely helpful!!
I was wondering how feasibly would it be to expand the library to 16-bit symbols such as with libsais16.c + libsais16x64.c.
I am working on the exactly same problems as here. I understand this would require a tremendous amount of work though. Thanks for reading anyway.
