Feature request: Apply item to every other page

When one selects the "apply to" button to pick which pages to apply a given effect/option to, other versions of Scantailor have an option to "apply to every other page". This is tremendously helpful if you have a book where, for example, every other page is warped, so you have to apply keystoning/curved lines to every other page, alternating with normal deskewing.
