Meanwhile, the wake potential defination in this physicsguide should be the defination of wake function (see https://inspirehep.net/files/792f2e1ed5bc17c18574af0ba360fb32). The wake potential is defined similarly to the wake function, but for a distributed source. or https://journals.aps.org/prab/abstract/10.1103/PhysRevAccelBeams.24.041001
