What is done

  • 30 skills built, validated, committed and pushed
  • Folder structure : skills/source/tailwind-{core,syntax,impl,errors,agents}/tailwind-{cat}-{topic}/
  • Each skill has SKILL.md (< 500 lines) + 3 reference files (methods, examples, anti-patterns)
  • Audit report at 100%
  • INDEX.md, README.md, CHANGELOG.md finalized
  • package.json agents.skills[] populated (30 entries)
  • agents/openai.yaml updated with skill count and description
  • v1.0.0 git tag + GitHub release live
  • GitHub topics set : claude, skills, ai, deterministic, openaec, agentskills, tailwind, tailwindcss, css

What is open

  • Social preview banner PNG (docs/social-preview.png) NOT yet generated or uploaded to repo settings. Repo currently shows a placeholder. Generate via node scripts/generate-banner-png.js --html docs/social-preview-banner.html --out docs/social-preview.png then upload via web UI : repo settings → Social preview → Edit.
  • Functional sample test : one skill per category should be triggered in a fresh Claude conversation and verified to produce correct guidance. Log in docs/validation/functional-test.md.
  • Optional Phase 8 polish : run Keywords-polish-pass agent if any skill's Keywords line is dust-thin (the validator currently passes all so this is optional).

Next-session entry point

Read HANDOFF.md and either (a) generate the social-preview banner and upload it,
(b) run the functional sample test, or (c) start a v1.1.x feedback round.

Decisions blocking next step

  • None for v1.0.0.

Special notes

  • Workers worker-1, worker-2, worker-3 are still running idle in tmux. Kill with tmux kill-session -t worker-1 worker-2 worker-3 when no longer needed.
  • Lessons L-007, L-008, L-009 captured workflow-template friction (worker context overflow silent kill, structure-validator convention, Keywords-regex period-cut). Surface these to Skill-Package-Workflow-Template repo so future packages avoid the same friction.
  • State files in state/messages.jsonl and state/sessions.yaml are gitignored but contain the full tmo audit trail for the 30-skill build. Archive if useful for retrospective.

Anti-pattern caveat : HANDOFF.md MOET synchroon blijven met ROADMAP.md. Bij elke phase-completion : update beide in dezelfde commit.
