Will Obtainium stop working on Android due to Google new policy of a developer identity requirements?

I have seen some message that suggest some issues may happen on Android.
I am having Android 12 on Samsung. Does it apply on me?

Obtainium will continue to work on non-certified devices. I don't know if your Samsung will be updated with the new rules, but it probably hasn't happened yet (Google says it will roll out later in 2026 and into 2027).

Unfortunately, yes, which I deeply regret, even though I greatly respect the decision to stand up to Google. Hopefully, a solution will be found by then, although I don't think Google will back down unless they are ordered to do so by a court, and even then, they will find a backdoor to circumvent the ruling and get their way anyway. Unfortunately, Google has quite a lot of power.
Currently, experienced users only have the option of using the adb shell to circumvent this restriction, but no one knows how long this will continue to work.

How about ONE developer that doesn't mind having their personal information used fork anything when asked?
Would Google be allowed to limit the number of open source repos one person can have or would that breach monopoly rules?
I use mostly open source software and Obtanium is awesome.
