Popup component

Change the "taskCreator" components to be like this:

• every section (inputs, date, save&cancle) will be separated into different component
• the component needs to be generic (the popup need to wrap the info and stay only style component, the "save&cencle" sould stay, to open and close when needed and the word inside could change)

the components will be only 2: popup and taskcreator
BUT
make sure everything in the popup is generic so it can be used with other components
