Search not cooperating with some characters in default notes

Some special characters in the default notes are not being picked up in search. I suspect it is because of how they are coded in; @Maburke could you give me some insight into how they were?

Oh weird, there's nothing out of the ordinary with the default notes implementation. I did a quick trace and couldn't find a reason but at least we know it's not the search manager.

This isn't essential to fix to lets not worry about it.
