Add-in could not be installed on MonoDevelop 5.7

I followed the instructions from
http://indomitable.github.io/monodevelop-tfs-addin/

Selected the following URL for repository:
http://indomitable.github.io/monodevelop-tfs-addin/5.0/

After clicking in Install, the following error appeared:

"sudo apt-get install monodevelop-versioncontrol" solved this problem for me.
