For: XDreamerMS Launcher 2.exe
You can download the Launcher v2 and then select your v117 folder, then click on download if you are new to the server. It will automatically download the required files, give it a few seconds, and once the start button appears, click on it. If you do not find the start button, re open the application and then you will find the start button.
