Storybook: add tabs for each framework snippet

Following the example of this storybook: https://uikit.wfp.org/docs/index.html?path=/docs/components-ui-elements-footer--external
add a tabs above the code snippet of each component page with each framework. Each tab should show the code of its respective framework.

Note: if possible, move the tabs on the left side.
