Icons: replace the existing multi-sized icons with a single-size icons

Detailed description of what you want to happen

Currently all the icons we provide come in two sizes, 16px and 24px.
Replace the set of existing icons with the new list of icons that come in only one size 16px.

• first replace them in the icons library
• update the stencils package
