Detailed description of what you want to happen
- Remove the horizontal scrollbar when fit-column is true because it's not needed.
- See if it's better to re-render the table on col prop change so they adjust size if needed
- Fix storybook snippet
column-min-width='100 - minWidth does not work on individual items
