Next Short opens in landscape and paused after swipe down the video in fullscreen

Steps to reproduce the bug

open any channel with short videos
click on any shorts
click full screen
swipe down the video
open another shorts
it will open in landscape orientation rather than portrait and will pause, although the sound will play

Additional context

The bug appears when auto-rotate the screen is turned off in Android
Until the latest versions, this did not depend on the pipe settings, it itself determined the correct orientation for shorts

In addition, the attached video shows a very old bug with brightness adjustment. the gesture clearly conflicts with swiping down with one finger
