Wrong manifest name for the new version

Hi there. As the title says, the new infisical cli version is now stored in a manifest called cli.json instead infisical.json so like this the command

scoop install infisical

will always download/install the version 0.41.90

and

scoop update infisical says that the infisical is up to date.

i sent a PR (which might not actually be the right solution) but it enabled me to install 0.42.0 by add my fork as the repo bucket instead of this one #2
