After 10 mins, call gets disconnected from the user who ends the call, whereas the call remains alive at the other end.

There are no real "timeouts" occurring at 10 minutes in the SIP layer. You need to check what side is sending the BYE. There will be a sip trace either in the browser or in the Asterisk Box.
