No obvious way to delete an application

There doesn't seem to be any way to delete an application once started:

(I created this application in order to be able to submit these various Github issues.)

I realise that accidental deletion could be very costly in terms of lost effort, but perhaps there could be some means by which this could be done, e.g. allowing a user to delete each section that has content, and if all are empty, then deletion be permitted.
