Seeing a lot of NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID errors when using the IFS service

It looks like there's an expired test-cluster certificate being sent through every so often, the cert should have apply-for-innovation-funding.service.gov.uk in its SAN, but this one only has *.apps.prod.ifs-test-clusters.com and it also expired on 2018/03/07:

I came across this one also (either today or yesterday), during the process of working on an application. Refreshing the page successfully then showed the correct result.
