Don't forget devices when they disconnect #59
Description
Currently, only devices on which users are connected are stored in the db. This makes sense, but considering that devices can have properties (especially a name), this should ideally not be the case, as a user can disconnect themselves and expect their device to have the same name when they reconnect.
