Remove administrative priviledges from "Staff" role #68
Description
Currently, staff has pretty much the same permissions as the admins. This is not optimal, considering the staff is a lot of people. The staff role should remain though, as there was an idea of making the staff Wi-Fi passwordless but only allowing the staff to connect to the langate through it.
