Miss-spelling of the group name (for `\ingroup`) or a missing `\defgroup` command

Running the current doxygen master (1.14.0 (eef56fc1577255e67e56f997896b0512dd9527d1)) on the ITK sources resulted in a number of \ingroup warnings:

Problem is either a miss-spelling of the name or a missing \defgroup command. The newer doxygen versions are a bit stricter about the existence of groups.

@albert-github Please use the existing templates when opening issues, and point to open builds so that issues can be openly inspected.

• I will take the template into consideration for further issues I will post.
• I attempt to give in my issues not only the problem but also a solution (as I have some problems with creating pull requests, see Creating developer environment under Windows / Cygwin #5168)
• issue Duplicate and non-existing Doxygen groups #3656 is indeed related to this issue, when I'd see the issue before I could have posted my text as a comment there.
• I intent to look through the reported documentation issues (and when possible comment on them).
