[P1] Clicking the job card does nothing

Clicking anywhere on the job card (except the like and dislike button) should open the popup window. Right now only the title does it.

This happens on http://instajobs.io/dashboard

@joelcloralt now the job card lower half and title does that. I donno how to exclude the like button from getting clicked when I set click to that area.
